Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM

On October 24, from 10:00AM to 12:00PM, we will be at Ashley River Park for our church picnic. The Ashley River Park is located at 200 Renken Road, Summerville, SC 29485. We are planning for about 60 folks to be in attendance. Posted on the church bulletin board is a list of the side dishes and items that GMAC sisters are planning to bring to the event. Please bring a disposable serving utensil with your dish and also be aware that there is no means of refrigeration on-site. Please have all side dishes at the screened porch area no later than 10:00AM. The church plans to pay for the to-go boxes, plasticware (forks, spoons, knives), napkins, grilled chicken, beef burgers, hotdogs (beef, turkey), the buns, all condiments (mustard, ketchup, etc.), the assorted drinks (soda, water, lemonade), and the ice. Please signup today to volunteer with setting up, serving, and cleaning up. Please note that access to the park is only $2; however, the first 60 people will gain access to the park for free by letting the workers at the gate know that you are with the Gospel Mission Apostolic Church picnic. Folks riding in a vehicle, with a disability tag, will gain access to the park free of charge automatically.
